Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for free within 30 days of placing the order.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with the original tags still intact, and in its original packaging. Otherwise we won't be able to accept your return.
*If the tag was cut off, the bag was damaged or no original bag will be charged a $5 repacking fee.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. (We DO NOT accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery)
*This does not apply to items marked ON SALE on the website. On sale items, are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.*
When you decide to return your items, please contact us via E-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) first, and inform us about your problem, we will instruct you on the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
*Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
