Shipping Return Ordering
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to Canada, U.S., UK, France, Italy, and Germany.We accept payments from international billing addresses.
  • Can I edit an address on my order after it's shipped?
    Unfortunately, once an order is fulfilled and shipped out by our warehouse, we won’t be able to edit the shipping information.
  • Can I edit/cancel my order?
    An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us at info@huncia.com if you have any questions about your order.
  • Where can I find my tracking?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has left our ware house. Please note that the tracking info may take 48-72 hours to generate and appear on the tracking website.
  • What is your return policy?
    Try the items in the comfort of your own home! All purchases may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Make sure the merchandise you are returning is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we won’t be able to accept your return.
    *This does not apply to items marked FINAL SALE on the website. Final sale items are not eligible for return refund or exchange.*
  • How do I request a return?

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal

  • Where do I enter my promo code?

    You can enter your promo code under “Discount Code” at check-out. Once you hit “Apply”, it will automatically be applied to your purchase.

  • How do I know what size to choose?
